Product Overview: Indoor single-mode fiber core diameter is 9um/multi-mode fiber core diameter is 62.5um. The optical cable is made by uniformly arranging multiple strands of aramid yarn outside the tightly sheathed optical fiber to strengthen it, and then extruding a flame-retardant outer sheath. By selecting high-quality optical fibers, using specialized equipment, cooperating with precision molds, and designing the number of aramid yarn strands and distribution tension reasonably, all performance indicators of the product are superior to the requirements of relevant international standards

Product features:

1. Select screws with good linearity and small glue output in the processing center, and adjust the vacuum degree of the extrusion machine to process the tight sleeve optical fiber, ensuring that the outer diameter of the tight sleeve optical fiber in the optical cable is uniform and has good peeling performance;

2. Due to the use of specialized processing equipment, high-quality materials, and optimized processes, the high and low temperature additional attenuation of the product is minimized;

3. The tightly packed fiber core undergoes strict screening to ensure that the geometric dimensions and transmission performance of the fiber meet the needs of users for data communication transmission;

4. Laying method: along the wall, roof, interlayer, and conduit;

5. The external protective material has advantages such as corrosion resistance, waterproofing, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and environmental protection;

6. Used for connecting optical communication equipment rooms, optical distribution frames, and optical instruments;

7. Common custom cores: 2 cores, 4 cores, 6 cores, 8 cores, 12 cores;

8. Tight fitting optical fibers undergo strict screening before tightening to ensure that the geometric dimensions and transmission performance of the optical fibers meet user needs;

9. The diameter and bending radius of the optical cable are small, allowing for free installation in narrow spaces;
